Jennifer is an incredible Realtor. She is responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable of Charlotte's many neighborhoods, as she is a native Charlottean. I must stress again - she is SO communicative - quick responses and always sure to follow up. I used her services to help me find a rental property, which - I'll be honest - is probably not a top priority for a busy Realtor. However, she never made me feel this way. Jennifer treated me like her top client at all times and went so above and beyond to help me find available rentals, tour the homes, liaise with property managers, navigate the negotiations and paperwork, and ultimately land my dream rental home. Today is my first day in the new house, and she surprised me with a gift, just because. I highly recommend Jennifer for all of your realty needs - buying, selling, or renting. I'll be using her services again when I go to buy!
